By day I'm a Marketing Coordinator at Brink Marketing on the Sunshine Coast, where I run multiple client accounts end to end; planning the campaign, shooting and cutting the content, building the ads and emails, then sitting with the numbers to see what actually moved. Staying that close to an account means I get to know a client's customer almost as well as they do, what actually makes them click, buy, or stick around.

Outside of that, I built Barefeet Surf, a sustainable surf brand, from an ABN and a Shopify theme into a real business. Nobody handed me any of that; I learned Xero and a run sheet the same way I learned Premiere and Ads Manager, because the business needed it and waiting wasn't an option. That's actually the part I liked most, working out the thing I didn't know yet, and I didn't put it down just because it was hard.

I'm looking for a remote role where that range is the point; where someone needs a person who can own the work without being handed a brief for each step. That's already how it works with my manager, I'm her EA as well, and she hands me things trusting I'll come back with exactly what she needed, no explanation required. I like figuring things out, I learn what I don't know quickly, and I'd rather catch something early and quietly than wait to be told about it, or leave it half-fixed because it got difficult.
